Hidden Hunter not what I expected

I've sat in tree stands trying the keep the cold wind off me or hunched up with rain running down my neck. In my Hidden Hunter blind the wind doesn't get to me and the sound of rain on the roof is a comforting sound. In any kind of weather I'm still out there... hunting..

I`m leaning toward this blind as my next pop up. I traded for an ameristep blind several years ago called a brickhouse. Not nearly the size of this one . It does setup fairly quick but down here where I live deer spook from it until it gets "old" to them. I turkey hunted this year from mine a good bit and left it setup in a bottom and after the 3rd week I had deer come by at 5 yards and not even look with the wind blowing straight to them.I sat in a comfortable chair and being at eye level and able to move without being seen was a thrill. I killed a Turkey at 6 yards with my longbow.I`m saying all this so people following this thread will know that hunting from a ground blind like these is very addicting and something I really enjoyed and look forward to shooting a deer from one. I can only imagine how much better it would be with a blind as big as the Hidden Hunter compared to my smaller blind.I`m gonna get one Lord Willing.
  I do like the shoot through windows. A Friend of mine Chris Spikes had his first blind hunting experience this year on a Turkey hunt with me. We had three Hens come in and I waived my hand at them without a glove on and they did not see. Minutes later he killed a Jake at 4 yards with a recurve.Very exciting. Just have to check`m for cottonmouths before you get in them down here.RC

The shoot-thru windows are an additional option to be purchased. I did this spring for turkey hunting, and now, one of the screens has a hole in it.

I am 5'-11" tall and I stand up and stretch in mine with a little room to spare. Ron is right, using the HH blind is the most comfortable and relaxed way I have ever hunted. When it is cold and rainy or there is a cold wind outside, I am warm and dry in the blind.
I like hunting from mine -- a lot.
