Switch to Arrow Dynamic?

I just got my set up working good with 29" GT trads with 245 up front BUT i only have 2 left. Just a titch stiff but fly good with feathers. Will i be that much happier with some
Arrow Dynamic trad lites? Anyone with some personal experience wold but much appreciated.

Don't know what your bows specs are, but I love my AD Trad Lites. Due to the Tapered shaft they are very easy to tune to a bow. I can shoot them out of all my bows from 45 to 55 pounds, longbow or recurve, by just chamging the point weight. Most versatile shaft I've ever shot.

I like the AD TradLites also. Seem very easy to shoot multiple weights up front, and contibute to FOC, if your interested in that stuff. Pretty durable too.

do  you use the 100gr inserts for 46# bows

I have the standard inserts with a 300 grain bh or fieldpoint up front. But... I also shot 145-175 grains up front too. High performance Zipper ZSR, 48#@28", 58" bow.

Tarz and Doug Campbell sold me on the Ad's, both lite's and regulars, several years back and I have been extremely pleased with the results.  However, there is something about the wood and cane arrows that keep pulling at me.

I shoot all of the models of AD shafts: Trads, Trad Lites, Hammerhead Trads, Hammerhead Trad Lites. They are all great arrows and shoot exceptionally well when matched with an appropriate range of draw weight and arrow length. The spine tolerance is great, they are easy to tune, and point weight is not critical. They are by far my favorite shafts, and I have used them to hunt everything from very small game to buffalo with great results. I am going to get some more soon to replace the arrows that have been broken while hunting or lost while shooting for practice. I like the AD shafts better than anything else I have ever shot, although most of today's carbon arrows are good.

what length are you cutting them? I draw about 27 1/4 and was thinking about 29" should work.

Ted Fry at Raptor Archery can advise you on what you need. You can buy them by the half-dozen also.

NY, I cut mine 30 1/2" I draw 28 1/2". Give them a try, I hope you like them. Dannybows gave you some great advice..give Ted a call.

Ted is great to consult with on the AD shafts.  I bought 18 Hammerhead lights from him and have been real happy with bows cut to center or past center in the 47 to 52# ranges.  Cut to 28.75 BOP and 180 grains up front make a nice heavy arrow almost 600 grains with additional FOC built in!
