Returning once more
« on: July 20, 2011, 07:10:00 AM »
Well after "soul searching" for the past couple years finally decided to return to traditional archery. Been a rough path where nothing really kept my attention for longer than a few months(except fishing) and trad archery was always in the back of my mind. Please bear with me folks as this time I plan to do things right with tuning arrows and the bows that I have, so I'll be asking a ton of questions.(hopefully I will use the search feature for some of it =P)

If it's in your DNA then it will never go away so you might as well embrace it and have fun.

Welcome back!

God bless,Mudd

Archery isn't something I do, it's who I am!
The road to "Sherwood" makes for an awesome journey.

Some of us are pretty stupid (most here have not taken a class).  I have been at it for 50+ years and in May I took my first lessons.  Don't wait that long.  My archery skills and accomplishments were up there with the best.  Knowing what I know now about the coaching, I would have pain 3 times what I did.  Don't do the trial and error method.
