3D Target Recycling
« on: July 22, 2011, 09:09:00 AM »
A couple of years ago, I went to do some practicing on my 3D target.

I was about to shoot when I saw a chickadee fly away from my target.

I went over to investigate and to my surprise.

My archery target became a birdhouse.

I had the same thing happen to one of my deer targets but I think it was a wren that was taking up residence!!

Tim,

Wrens will nest just about anywhere.  I just removed a old wren nest from under the seat of my tractor.

We were army a shoot a few months ago and there was an old deer target on the course and all four of shot and when we got to the target and started pulling arrows and a bird flew out of the ear. She had a nest in it with chicks. Too cool. Thanks for sharing the pics.
