I have used a $5 Walmart enamel coated steel cup for about 15 years.  This year I upgraded to a titanium cup for about $30.  Saves 5 ounces.
Take a kid hunting!

I'm not sure best and cheapest belong in the same sentence unless you want 2 cups.I use a titanium one also.

I love my Nalgene canteen and use it everyday. My camp cup is a military stainless canteen cup. The bonus is that the canteen nestles in the cup, with a stove/stand, so my cup takes-up no more room than my canteen. I also have a snap-on lid for the cup.

They all fit in the canteen case, that has nice strong snap-on straps that make it easy to attach to a belt or pack.

The small stove is pretty handy too. I even use it on the boat sometimes. The stand fits around the can, then sits on top to hold a small pot or cup. It comes with a gel fuel and when it's used up I refill it with sterno. Makes a nice little stove to throw in my pack for heating up something hot during a day hunt.
