Here are a couple of fish of the many my daughter and myself shot today. We shot lots of carp and you can shoot small gar till you are tired of shooting.

Look's like you got a couple of good size carp. I haven't been bowfishing this year at all but last year it seemed like all I got to shoot was Gar and large Shad.
I'm also in Arkansas near Russellville and bowfish Lake Dardanelle.

deadmule.....Yeah we have been on big fish the last couple of weeks. We are fishing off the White River in south Arkansas. I have shot some fish that I couldn't do anything with....probably 60+..The water is dropping out, so the conditions have changed everytime you go.

Pop bottle comes off the bow limb when all your line is pulled from the AMS retriever reel. It floats and gives you something to find your fish and arrow for another shot....

I was wondering the same thing about the bottle. Now that is a great idea! A lot cheaper than buying a manufactured buoy for sure. Awesome shooting too by the way! Mike

Man that looks like Fun!!
Is that a Buffalo your holding there or a Big Head carp? Also, what kind of attachment is that holding the coke bottle on the bow? I need to make me a rig like that.
I went bass fishing late yessterday evening after it cooled of a tad bit on the river here by the house and saw a few big ol yella backs cruising around. I was just thinking that I need to get my bow rigged up and go shoot some, might do that this evening?
Thanks for sharing.
