An often overlooked resource for traditional archery
« on: August 03, 2011, 10:32:00 AM »
I have found my local library to be an excellent resource for information and enlightenment when it comes to traditional archery.

I was browsing the library online this morning and much to my surprise I found they had copies of Howard Hills book, Saxon Popes book and even a couple of volumes of the Traditional Bowyers Bibles on hand.

I have some future reading once I get the books I've started read.

God bless,Mudd

So many books and so little time , I have a modest collection of archery books and it is rare that I can't find something to re-read again . Good reading Mudd !

Thats also where I point all newbies to find out the basics of bow nomiclatue, princpals, and tuning. Much easier to have the info in hand with your bow out shootng than running back and forth to the computer. Answers alot of stupid questions before they are formed.

I found that I have used/gone to the Library more times since I have been out of school, then when I was in school lol.
