I got this bow from a forum member and I am really pleased

It is 57 at 28 and really shoots well

I removed the last owners name and gave it a new top coat added a ff string small limb savers and a seal skin rest it will also get a Big Jims quiver

best part of all it shoots the same arrow as my other 2 fav bows

You got yourself a very nice bow. I shot it when the previous owner had it, if it had been about 5 pounds lighter I would have bought it myself.

Here it is with the Big Jim Quiver on

Chronoed it at 185 fps with 530 grain arrow

I really like tis bow it bumped a few real good bows old and new out of the hunting rotation it's that good of a shooter and looker

Here it is with my rainy day and hard use bow my Hoyt Buffalo

Looks like the 2 bottum strung bows are gonna be it this year

Thats scary.... you make that a takedown, and our risers would be twins.

The weird thing is, you don't see a lot of dark Schafers around the Flathead.

not suprised at the 530 grain arrow going 185 FPS either. All my bowhunting buddies and I call that the "Schafer 60" We're all right in there for arrow weight, and FPS on our 60#ers.

Nice bow. Looking for a one-piece Tip myself, 46#-50# so I am a little envious, What did you use to re-finish the bow?? looks GREAT.
