I use low temp hot melt(the glue gun stuff) for my inserts.(clean and scuff with alcohol first)( I hear the stuff Big Jim sells is better, still low temp. I am going to try it but the glue gun stuff works great for me).. For my broadheads to adapter, I use JB Weld. You can still rotate and adjust to get perfect spin before it sets up. Works good for me.

JB Weld, gives you Time to Work it, and that Shaft will Break before the Head comes off!!

if you need to remove points, use any hot melt made for that job (NOT crafts type low temp hot melt!).
for permanent bonding (inserts!) use quality slow set epoxy (not 5 minute epoxy - it's not waterproof).

I have been using off-the-shelf Gorilla epoxy and just about 20 minutes ago put in an order for Easton 24-hour epoxy. The reason? Every time I shoot a stump and the arrow (ace hex head) stick, I pull the insert out.
I've thought about JB Weld tho and at least I can find that locally. Can't find anything but the quick set epoxies around here any more.
