Good heavens! That's amazing to me. Out of the 25 years I've stomped around the woods of upstate South Carolina, I've only found 5. That's 5 sides, not pairs.

If you can find that many sheds, there must be a bunch of bucks around there. Is there any public hunting in that area?

Now that's a lot of sheds.  Is your dog shed trained?  I saw a deal on Must Have Outdoors that helps train your dog to find sheds and was wondering  if Sage is trained for that.  Either way, that's a lot of sheds.  TRW

There's a lot much deer there than there is here, that's for sure!

WOW! That's pretty cool.

There is a guy in Smithville, Missouri that trains and sells antler dogs. Did you train your dog or did you buy him/her from stock that has been trained to find antlers?

What do you do with all those?

Cool picture. I hope Sage got a good treat for all that work.

Thanks guys, Sage is trained to find sheds and does fairly well. We don't have that many bucks in SD I just cover a lot of ground and its all private. I spend ever spare minute I have looking for them in the spring till the grass gets to tall. It's kind of my cure for cabin fever. To be honest I like shed hunting and playing with trail cams better than hunting.

Don't have many bucks? Ha! I've seen the trail cam thread.

Great find, and good work, Sage.
