its that time, going to move some tree stands, want to help???

if anyone wants/needs a good work out i'm trying to get a small group together either next sat or sun to help me move/repair a bunch of tree stands on the mountain i hunt. its a hard hike with a heavy load but there is something in it for you!!! its all public land and if ya want to help or just go for the hike you can use my stands ANY TIME you like, with or without me! i plan on spending the majority of the hunting season hunting north on the mountain and want to have a dozen stands up there.

i LOVE the mountain i hunt but it is HARD hunting for sure! you will know ya earned it when ya kill one up there!!

I don't ever need to ask  for that kind of help, my tree stands get moved around all the time on public land.  In Iowa there are no access rights gained by having a tree stand, anyone can use it if they beat you to it.  Sometimes, like one last year actually got put back in the original tree towards the end of deer season. where it was before is a mystery.  I will not be putting in any more free tree stands for people to run off with.

VERY, VERY few people hunt the mountain i hunt and i know MOST of them that do. my stands are in difficult places to get to and umless i show you where they are no one would find them. the people that hunt here are old school, if its not yours dont take it! like i said all my friends are welcome to use them but ya better eat your Wheaties getting to them!
