The bows are known for being very quiet............what is the arrow weight and bow #?

I would check the string so that it appears down the center of limbs.  Then check the tiller between the fades of each limb.  Check the limb bolt while strung and see if there is any gaps in that would make for a sound in that upper limb.  If that is all ok then call John and see what he has to say.  You could see about putting a thin strip of one sided plastic or cork between the riser and limb.  Make sure it is very thin as to this could change the setup of bow.
