Safety harness option

Looks like a great Idea, untill it pulls the jacket up around your neck and strangles you.
 This type of thing got outlawed in Industrial use, because it is dangerous.
 Harnesses go on the outside for a good reason.

Ditto what Pete says.  I have been a climber since i was a teenager and i am a certified tower climber and harnesses belong on the outside of your clothing.
