Great read, you "got" me. I was on the hook, just couldn't wait to see a picture of the buck that always accompanies a story like that. The picture in my mind is probably the best.

Thanks for the story Roy. I too, was on the hook. I couldn't hardly wait til the end to see a pic of that gorgeous buck. But I can see him in my mind as well as the entire hunt which is what a story should do for the reader. I'm sure I'll replay the hunt again and again in my head .
