Leaving for Elk hunt today
« on: September 08, 2011, 06:58:00 AM »
In a couple hours I will be leaving to pick up my buddy and head for Colorado. We are packing in and will be hunting for 11 days with other tradgangers. This will be my third year chasing elk maybe this will be my year.Been planing this hunt for many months, all my gear is packed,in better shape then ever, and shooting my bow really well.I am confident in my gear and shooting.I am really excited to say the least, even if I do not get an elk I am sure it will be an awesome time. Will post pics and story when I get home.Good luck to everyone else that has this elk sickness, and stay safe.

Good luck guys.  Not going again this year so I'll have to live the hunt through others.  Planning on getting back to elk land next year.  Be safe and have a great time.
