Had to go against the grain here, and played through the pain... I live to shoot, and putting down the bow for more than an hour was difficult.

After a few deep breaths, and a couple hours of slowly working myself back from 5 yards, it appears I'm once again on track.

When it all goes to heck like that....walk away. Like they said, go fishing, go shoot sporting clays, anything but archery. Come back in 3 days and you will be fine.

My Springer finds my arrows a lot. She loves it.
