Reducing draw weight?

I won a bear TD hunter in a raffle and wanted to give it to one of the grandsons, BUT, it's a 60# draw weight. Can the limbs be taken down any? I checked in buying a new set but they want $200.00 for a set and I can't seem to locate any used ones.
Also if the draw weight can be lowered any recommendations on who can do it?

Jon, check with Chuck Deshler. Good luck.

List them here in the for sale/trade section.Heavier bear limbs seem to be in demand so you may well find someone that will swap you a set of lighter ones.

Only a minimal amount of draw wt. may possibly be reduced if at all.
