Thanks to Ron @ KME my arms are...
« on: September 29, 2011, 03:11:00 PM »
going to freeze off this winter.  I just finished putting the finishing touches on 1/2 dozen Grizzly's.  Naturally you gotta check'em...even though you already know the outcome.  As such all the hair on my forearms is missing.

So I have to ask...when you run out of hair...what are you fella using to check your work?

Thanks Ron!  Your sharpening equipment makes the world a much better place.

I brought mine into work today after letting every hunter know I was gonna bring it so they could brin in thier hunting knife.  My left forearm is bald.  Our deer season starts Saturday and I just wanted to do my part to make their gutting jobs that much easier.

Yea? you think you guys have it tough?    Try sharpening about 6000 Woodsman Elites and shave testing every blade!   At the end of the run, nobody in the shop has any hair left!... arms, legs, chests, bellies, backs: all bald as a baby's butt.

i need to find a different way.  the patch on my arm is almost grown back in,  the long line of missing hair on my leg looks like its going to take awhile and the one of my thigh started. might have to use the dogs (j/k).
