I'm looking at the DSD hen decoys but am not sure about what to buy.  Which do you prefer?  The feeding position or the erect standing position?  Which do you think looks better to the gobbler?

Feeding position if it comes down to choosing between one or the other.

Single Feeding Position - could represent calm, undisturbed and could irritate the gob since his presense is being ignored.

Erect position - has its place but could be interpretted as being alarmed since being alone and maintaining the century position.

The pair work well in tandem and that too is never any type of guarantee.

I have a single upright DSD hen. I killed three gobblers over it this past year. As soon as they saw it they trotted right in. The only reason I chose it is because it has a taller profile to see in the brush. This spring I will get the feeder to add and run the two hens.

I have both and if I were to choose one it would be the feeder hen.  Like Friend said and calms the birds and relaxes them.
