That is an eyeopener. First I've heard of limbs failing like that. Maybe an excellent opportunity to get that new bow and the wife to understand?

Sorry on the loss of a great bow. Glad you didn't get hurt. Hope you can somehow get her fixed. Good Luck.

Guys I appreciate all the great offers! As of now my plan is to give tracy some time to make me some new limbs. I have talked to him about having longbow limbs made for this riser, as you can see the riser is very similar to a 3 piece longbow style riser, he claims he has been having numerous problems with a certain design of recurve limbs, so if tracy starts taking custom orders again you may want to order a longbow.

I really do appreciate the great offers to borrow bows, that is very generous of all you great people on this forum. However, due to limited hunting time because of college courses and other issues, I plan to use my 45# Kodiak hunter when I do have the chance to hunt; with some CX heritage 150's, 50 gr. Brass inserts and Bear razorheads... What do you guys thnk about that Combo?

Fortunately I have all this equipment at hand and do not have to purchase certain things due to my bow breaking. The arrows seem to fly decent out of that bow, however a little nock right.

sounds like that arrow set up might be a little under spined. maybe eliminate some of that front end weight
