A show of hands, ladies.........
« on: July 11, 2007, 11:43:00 PM »
I was just wondering how many female trad gangers we have??? It's a shame there's not more women involved in this sport. Unlike my other hobby, Horsemanship where 80% of horseowners are women, Archery is a bit shy. Would like to see more.

SO Ladies, lets do a show of hands (errrr posts actually)

Have a great day, HH

My wife, Laura, is technically not a Tradganger...but  I am and I always post her sucess pics and stories. I am retired and she still works, well, for 5 more months, and she just doesn't have time to do all the web site stuff. But, she is one of the best and most patient huntiers I know.

I consider my Wife part of the TG Family even though I'm the member. She doesn't go hunting very often with me anymore but she still competes in 3D shoots and goes Stump Shooting with us when scouting or hanging tree stands. She's also in my avatar.

I'm a tradganger...I don't post as much or as often as I once did.  I still come by to read the threads almost daily though.

There are quite a few others like Killdeer, Dianne Lotz, Claudia aka Pinecone...the list goes on and on.

I hope you'll pardon this picture, because my daughter is not an archer yet, but she's my favorite hunting partner.  She just feels that she doesn't have time to practice enough to ensure one shot kills, so I can't fault her for that.  She's got 8 one shot kills on deer, a hog and an alligator!  Hopefully one day she'll catch the archery bug......but as a full-time college student...I have a few years to wait.
