They are illegal in NH last I knew. I know that mech heads with retractable "barbs"/blades are ok.

Illegal in NH? I last read that: fixed blade heads must be between 7/8" and 1.5" I would read barbed as a fish arrow, not a small concave trailing edge. Don't you just love it when someone tries to TELL YOU what the definition WILL BE?
Thats barbed? A fish arrow, now thats barbed. I especially like it when there are 3 Sergeants doing the job of 1 or 2 C.O.'s and they complain about not having enough money.
Alright, now thats out of the way, are they even available yet?

Rage are Mechanical blades and upon them moving in reverse direction the blades will retract to a closed position. If they are fixed blades with that profile then they would be barbed, if im correct.

I use the outer edge for mine when I sharpen the bleeders.
