You can twist from one end just check the BH after you shoot it for a couple days. and toss the other string for sure.

one more ? are you using brass nock points,if so becarefull your not crimping them to the point that they are cutting the string under the serving.

And on a flemish twist you can take a sharpie and mark at the bottom of each twist(top and bottom loops) and if they are slipping you can see the gap.

thanks guys,using dental floss for knock point,putting no gloves on the string will be the part I have to be careful doing.
