Are any Tradgangers hunting in your area?
« on: November 04, 2011, 10:24:00 PM »
If you know of any Tradgangers hunting in your area take a little time and go visit they're camp. Everytime a Tradganger comes even close we try to get out and see them. Just putting a face to a displayed name is great and the visiting is outstanding. It's amazing the things you can learn from them also. Some of it is useful, some is amusing and all is enjoyable.
I would've taken better care of myself,if I'd known I was gonna live this long!

I have a lot of tradgang people in my area (with in 50 miles). I am friends with about half of them and have hunted with them. Though the ones who live closest to me never seem to be able to get together for a shoot. Oh well, I mean how many people can ya hunt with any way?

Just a few local fellas enjoying winter bow.

I am lucky to have a few around and see them quit regularly. Nothing better for your campfire.

we are fortunate here in MIchigan to have a lot of traditional shooters. We have a Traditional only league on Tuesday nights and we have approximately 30 shooters as well as occassional drop ins. Its great and everyone looks forward to it each year. Unfortunately, as far as hunting goes, it seems that life gets in the way and most of us  end up not going or going alone. I didn't know that retirement would be this difficult.

Very few around me, but some within an hour drive.

It is neat to talk to someone in person you have met through the this site!

A few that I shoot with but none around the camp I hunt, heck the camp is a gun camp but I hunt with the recurve anyway.

I hang with one tradganger all the time. I shoot with a few others that are local and see the rest at the TBW shoots.  It is always a good time hunting and camping with fellow tradgang members.

Hmmmm....

I'm wondering if some Trad Gang members around here forgot to tell me about a gathering.    :saywhat:

COLongbow is one of the first posts I've seen from the colo springs area but I know quite a few traditionalists around but don't know if their on here.
