Looks like a Colt or a Wing to me. Wing made all of the Colt bows.

I just pulled my Bro-in-law's Blackhawk Bee from the rack and it is nearly exact to that bow's riser.

OK, so far there seems to be no consensus with the following responses:
American Archery (Shark)
Bear
Ben Pearson (Cougar)
Blackhawk (Bee)
Browning
Colt
Damon Howatt
Diamond
Ernie Root
Indian
Shakespeare
Wing
Anyone REALLY sure?

One person was correct. It is a 1961 Shakespeare X-17, the forerunner of the Ocala.
I had one similar to this several years ago.
Wonderbow X-17, 1961, 62 inches
Full working recurve
Weights 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60 lbs
Glass Ivory-white front and charcoal grey back
Handle Polished black walnut
Confort conture grip
Sight window 6 inches
Brace height ?
Here's url to the photo.

Thank you Mr. Stout,
That is it, I do believe! A Shakespeare from 1961...
