John, Sorry on the loss of your Dad. Sometimes its good to be lucky, as well as have some help.
My hunting buddy has been gone almost 10 years this season and I will always miss him being there. Shot his last Elk at 85, boy did he love to hunt.

Great story and a fine buck! So sorry for your loss of your father...his physical presence, but it sounds like his spirit still looks after his son, some. And he's right, lucky is a good thing too!

Beautiful buck! I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my father 16 years ago and never a day passes I don't think of him. I think your father was sitting on stand with you.

Yohon thats awesome your really doing well this year and certainly giving that Titan a work out! I lost my Dad last year on my 21st Birthday and although I havent been blessed with my first Trad deer weve shared some hunts both before and after his death. Some of my best memories are shooting pheasants with my .410 and sharing that with my parents. They will always be with us even if we cant see them. Take care!
