They work well. My advice is to buy them directly from Ace Archery Tackle (link is in the sponsor listing). The price may be the same, but you'll save a bunch on shipping.

I prefer them to other adaptors. They work well and eliminate the possibility of a partially unscrewed point messing up a shot.
