I killed a paper plate!
« on: January 14, 2007, 07:25:00 PM »
I have been out shooting for several days now and today i stuck all 6 arrows in my paper plate target.  All six shots felt good...it was exciting.  Of course then i went back to just scaring it,  :)   But I am def improving.

Just wanted to brag a lil  :)

Congrats, now try a 1"dot in the middle of the plate and see what happens.

That's great!  Just keep working on your form.  And stepping back to longer shots,  It does go quick.  Good luck to you.  Jeff

I started this Trad Stuff about eight years ago...I'm still like a kid when it comes to 3D or stump shooting...Can't get enough of it...Won't tell ya what my wife thinks although she bought me "two" BW TFVs!...What A Woman!!!

It's natural to get excited when you are improving. Remember you will have good and bad days. Try to keep practice interesting and you will advance in time.

Good Luck...... mike ......

Elusive One I know how you feel. Fri I went hunting and when I was coming out of the woods I was charged by an abandoned milk jug. Luckily I was able to stop it with a POC carrying an 125 gr Zwickey. LOL.

Port Orferd Cedar - the only wood for jug arrows. My personal nemesis is aluminum cans, just as dangerous at jugs but harder to hit.
