Glory Hogs II Traditional Archery Video
« on: December 02, 2011, 09:55:00 AM »
I have over 150 video titles from old to new. This is now my favorite. This is a great traditional Video, one of the best I think I have ever seen, Video quality is good, topic is fun (squealing pigs!), personalities are great.  For sure one to watch

Hummer3t,
I am in total agreement - super cinematography, excellent editing, and very entertaining. Hope there'll be more from that crew in the future!

It is filmed at hillside hog haven, Butte Sink, Colusa, CA.  this area holds lush oak forests, lots of hollow trees and great terrain, I think some day a trip will be in order.

If I'm not mistaken, Glory Hogs I is a compound hunting video and it may not have been released yet.  I'll double check with South.

If you search 'Hillside Ranch' on this site you'll find a fair number of threads; I don't think the location is secret at all and it says 'Hillside Ranch' right on the cover.

Steve Tadin, the guy who filmed, edited and narrated GH2 did film and edit another movie, GH1 as Ryan had stated above.  GH1 is not a trad movie, though it also is really well done.  Not sure if it is going to be released or not, but Steve and I have started working on another video.  It will have a broader scope of hunts, mule deer, blacktail, bears, elk etc. and some more hogs.  We hope we'll be able to get all of the filming wrapped up next year if we can find some animals that want to be movie stars.  Expect more of Steve's professional work in this one as well.
