I’m having trouble finding the Hall of Shame posting. It use to jump right out at me but not anymore. I looked a few days ago before I came across this thread.

Pretty sad when post count decides if you're trustworthy or not.  Guess no one should be dealing with me either even though I've already had several great interactions with members here.

EMT...what you don't realize is that scammers are KNOWN for registering on forums and RUNNING to the classifieds and selling a bunch of stuff and taking folks for a ride before anyone knows what happens.

THAT is the reason for being wary of low post counts.

I sell firewood on an honor system to the general public. They pick up the wood and leave the money in a mail drop in my door. 99% are honest and appreciate the opportunity to prove it. When someone does take a stack without paying I always remember that I will recall it for only a few weeks but they will remember it the rest of their lives.

Sorry you had the bad experience.

If you run across an ad in the classifieds, or a post somewhere else, that needs the Mods attention please use the "report post" option at the bottom of every posting.

Looks like a whistle for a reason......

No whistle for a reason jcar, just facts about low post counts and asking questions like that.

Can ah git an AMEN for Mr. Green?

A-men. Nuff said till the rinse cycle spins out and it will all come out in the wash.

We danged near lost the Classifieds before so let's let it settle till the sun sets, smoke clears and spin cycle is complete.

The thing that tells the most about this whole deal is 3 guys came forward to offer Jon stone points free of charge and they were not involved in the bad deal. That is tops in my book!!! All you guys are great.
