Center cut vs off the knuckle
«

I have graduated from a recurve to a center cut R/D longbow without much problem. However, when tuning my Woodcraft longbow and shooting off the knuckle I find that the arrows are consistantly 3-4" left of point of aim. It is a 30# bow and I am shooting a 1816 alum. arrow with 125 gr. heads. Arrow flight is fine.
Is this due to the difference in shooting center cut vs off the knuckle? :(

Yes, you need a weaker arrow. put on more point weight or go down in spine.

Because it is off center, remember that even a properly spined arrow will fly up and to the left.

Yep, you mind will have to adjust your aiming point. I don't think the same arrow will ever hit the same point of aim from a center cut to non center cut bow.

Shooting off a knuckle requires a much weaker shaft than does a center cut bow, to curve around the riser...
