Question about Kom

Does anyone know what size it takes to get a 42 pants in kom , ,  i normally
wear a 2xshirt but takes a 4x, thanks

Call the folks at AlexOutdoors.  They are a retailer of KOM stuff and  have a website. Pretty sure pants are ordered in waist sizes, not descriptive size like Xl, 2XL, etc.  Now if you're talking bibs, my guess is a 2X, but best to check with the source I provided.

Even though it as been over 20 years since I ordered mine, I believe it was by the waist size
