Looking forward
« on: December 30, 2011, 06:39:00 AM »
As 2011 comes to a close all I can say is "Thank God!"...

I've had some good and bad stuff going on as it does with everyone but the balance has been weighted on the negative more than I would have liked this past year.

The good stuff is what I've tried to focus on and my Tradgang family and traditional bows has been the "lions' share" of the good.

This past year has seen me switch over totally and completely to Hill and Hill style bows only and I don't appear to be looking back...lol

If I am correct I will have a new-to-me Dave Johnson Hill style bow in the house today after the mail runs. (Watch for another post if so)

In 2012 I am looking forward to another great bowhunting season.(maybe even fill a tag...lol)

I hope to meet or at least interact with more of my tradgang family. Maybe get in a hunt or two with some.(God willing)

I look forward to adding 3 bows to the stable(not in any order that has any meaning) Sunset Hill, David Miller "Expedition" and a "made just for me" Osage Royale by Chuck Jones(Black Rhino Bows).

I would like to thank all of you for being such a positive influence in my day to day life.

Thanks to Terry and the whole crew that make all of this possible.

May 2012 bring nothing but bulleyes in your target of life.

God bless each and everyone of you!

Yes! I mean you too, even if we've never acknowledged each other or interacted before.

Make a plan to share what you love with someone this coming year.

Keep the tradition alive!!!!!!!!!!

You will be in my heart and mind.

With the love of Christ

Happy New Year to ya Mudd.  Thanks for the spirit you bring to this site....you're an asset in too many ways to count.

I hope '12 is a much better year for all.

Mudd, you are bright light on this forum. I've enjoyed watching your journey into the world of Hill and Hill-style bows.

I too am looking forward to 2012, with the arrival of a Saluki Turk in a day or so. Although our choice of bows are at completely opposite ends of the spectrum, our journeys aren't really all that different.

Only difference is that I haven't shared, only watched. I will try to do better in the coming year. Thanks for the suggestion.

Have a great year, shooting and hunting!

- Dave

Roy,
You have the "attitude" to make it better. You're my best friend & I have confidence in you. I wish everyone on here could meet this guy. It would sure brighten your year.
God Bless
