How can i know left from right wing turkey feathers i find on the gruond in the woods?

Hold them with the wider part of the feather on top. If you point the quill (part that came out of the bird) away from you it will curve to the left for a left wing feather or to the right for a right wing feather.

sorry, one more thing.i shoot rw but i have a rw and srt. clamp can i use lt wing feathers in the str. clamp for stump arrows?

Yes you can straight works for both. Like lpcjon2 stated. Maybe add an offset.
