Great job, it looks great!  How much money did you have involved ya think?  I've been thinking about making one but not sure where to get the leather.  Input?

Nice looking quiver.  One recommendation I would make for the lacing...instead of the "suede" spools of lace I like to use leather shoe laces more.  They seem to hold up better over the long run.

Looks great! I'll have to say I've built quite a few of the quivers, both back and side(field) quivers off of the thread Rob has posted and archived. Love the pics of you and your helper/model too. It's great when they take such an interest isn't it....

Thanks for the compliments guys!  I'm pretty excited about it.  My son has been carrying it around since I made it.  I bought about $80 worth of stuff, but I've got enough leather to make my son one for his arrows, and enough lace to make a few. I also went ahead and bought a rotary hole punch.  I could probably make one for about $40 now.  For the belt, my local Tandy store has some strips that are perfect for the strap. Any belt blank would work. I used 6-7 oz for the main part, 9-10 oz for the bottom, and the strap is also 6-7 oz. Anybody got any ideas for a liitle pouch to add to it? maybe a thin suede pouch.  Anybody have any pics?
