First are you yelling, you have the cap lock on...LOL I recycle my broken arrows and use the nock ends cut to 3 1/2 " and then use a 1x4" piece of pine and drill holes every 6" and put the nocks pieces in as pegs and hang mine bows verticle.
I forgot to mention that I am cheep! and have limited space for my bows.

Search down to the "Lets see your bow racks" thread. There are several. I'm sure if you dig around a bit there is another thread with a whole slew of pictures - some with provisions for arrows. If I get a chance this evening, I'll shoot a pic of mine.

I am cheap too and just use the mounted antlers I already have on the wall to hold my bows.

Here's one I made. I usually keep a bow or two up in my shop so I can take a break and shoot a few arrows. Besides, I don't like having them all on the rack at the same time where they can be counted   :)

All out of some 1x4 and 1x6 fir I had lying around.

I want to make a REALLY pretty arrow and mount it on the top horizontal piece.

I'm not a neat person and it helps to have a place where I can just stuff things.

I didn't make mine to hold enough bows. Only 7. I'd say make your rack for at least 10.

Here's a simple one I made a week or so ago to hang by my back door on the way out to my "range".

Here it is in use:

Green,
I like that. Bows all ready to go, nice and compact, out of the way. Simple design to boot.

I used 2 1X4 14 foot & cut the sides to 3 feet, the bottom to 2 feet. I used water based lacquer to seal & show the wood colors. Never really measured it just mainly eyeballed it. The mirror I had cut to size & etched it. I made this late last year for my boyfriend & he was surprised needless to say    :)

It was quite simple & fun to make.

Happy building

One I use is a peg hat rack, the others are horshoes welded together and covered with felt or leather to protect the bows.
