Tajue17, that is one very cool looking bow!!!!

There are a lot of very nice sticks in this thread.

I hope I can find one someday that will stay together for me. I have had very bad luck with breaking selfbows with my 29.5"DL.

Bisch have you tried osage maybe a ELB style with skinnier limbs?  reason I say ask is my buddy who has a 31" draw and usually shoots a 70" Stewart because of his long draw also shoots a 70" osage selfbow and it has been holding up after a few years.

I have had several osage bows. They were all shorter, like 66". I think I just need one about 70" that is tillered for my DL.

The last one I had was what we call a composite bow down here. It was an bamboo backed ipe bow that I was slowly falling in love with. It broke 6 days before the Texas State Longbow shoot!

I think you can stay 66-68 if you have the back sinewed maybe even reflex the tips for some zip.
