Shed hunting the Yellowstone(pics)
« on: February 05, 2012, 06:43:00 PM »
Was not out of town working this morning so I thought I would do some shed hunting. even though I should have been doing other things. We did not find any sheds but found some nice rubs and my wife found three dead heads all EHD deer. In the 400 acre patch of woods I hunt we have found 26 dead deer.... here are some pics....

Nice looking day to be outdoors. Sorry to hear about the deer die off. Good looking bow too, like the leather grip.

The deer die off is tragic. BTW, great photos. Finding sheds is a bonus for me at this time of the year.

Great pic's Gary, looks like fun. We had EHD bad this year too plus the Mulies got some kind of a brain mite. Almost completely wiped out some areas. Most bucks in our area are still carrying their horns. I did find one nice 5 point side the other about a week ago.
