That is a classy looking combination; I like it.

Tim, David, Pretty bows! The Shedua & Myrtle definately work well.

Heres a couple others that I'm thinking of.

Bolivian Rosewood on the left
Goncalo Alves on the right

Eric, either of those would be outstanding.  Steve does have some really nice shedua as seen above.  My brand new Classic is shedua with brown glass.

David, I shot one almost exactly like that at Kzoo, boo, brown glass, 46@28.

That is very sharp!

Steve is lucky, he has a great hardwood distributor right there in little Ishpeming MI so he has access to most any thing.

Eric, that is the bow--my bow now.     My buddy who was there was aware that I had seen the bow on Steve's Inventory on his web site and had commented about it to him.  He called me and described the bow--I told him to bring it!  We met Thursday and stump shot when I picked up the bow from him.  For the weight it has excellent cast and speed.  I'm reeeealy happy with it.

I shot that and Whisper quite a few times, but talked my self out of it. I have learned that I really do need a bigger/deeper grip, I just shoot them better. Thats why my Classic is for sale.

He has a very good limb design, his lighter weight bows dont lack any horsepower.

I'll probably call Steve monday and get in line.

Shedrock, that's a great color bow.  One of these days I'm going to have one made like that.  I saved that picture of yours to use as a reference!

Thanks for all the suggestions.  I went with bamboo limbs, green glass and curly hard maple for the riser and tip overlays.  Sort of an East meets West theme with the bamboo and maple.  Now all I have to do is wait and wait and ...
