Could someone tell me how to make a feather rest. I couldn't find it with the search button.

I've never made one, but it doesn't look too hard. It looks like a piece of 2-sided tape with 5 rows of feather glued on. Mine are 1 1/4" L x 1/2" W...

Make sure ya stick 'em on with the quills angling away from you when shooting.

Famous last words "It doesnt look too hard" I have big hands and short fingers. Do a search in the associate sponsor classifieds. Trap was selling some nice ones for $5 plus $1.25 shipping.

I've bought a couple feather rest from Trap for a couple of older recurves. They are nice and work great on the older recurves with a pretty much flat shelf.

You can not do any better than the rests that Trap makes.  I might add that you can't do any better than dealing with Trap either.
