Asbell contact?
« on: February 22, 2012, 03:56:00 PM »
I had met Fred and Teresa Asbell at the K/Zoo show this year and what great people.  I actually ordered a wool pullover from them.  Before the show I emailed Teresa and since I have not been able to get in contact with them.  I have emailed them and called and the voice mail is full.  Does anyone know if things are ok?  just curious since I have not heard anything.

They must be pretty busy this time of year. I am still waiting for a return e-mail from a month ago.

Yes, when I spoke with her last week or so, she said they were going to Fl on vacation and then heading to Alabama.  Probably going to have to wait until next week.

The same here ,I ordered my pull over and my vast before Christmas ,I did tell them I didn't need it for Christmas ,But I didn't think it would be this long , I've emailed and called and no return .

But if they took a vacation there's the answer !

I'm not sure either, I have e-mailed them twice in the last 2 months and haven't heard from them myself. Hopefully they are out of contact...

Same here??
I've called, left messages, sent emails and still nothing!

I have even been in contact with other Tradgangers, for hopefully getting in contact with them!

So if any of you get in touch with them, please tell that Ronny Margly from Norway still i waiting for the pullovers that should have been sent in Sept. 2011!

I called Teresa a couple of days ago. She picked right up. I think it is hit or miss. This is not like calling Sears or Walmart. There is no staff that is waiting to answer the phone. They do travel.

Teresa's email is: [email protected]

Hang in there, they are good people. (:

Since Kalamazoo they have been to Florida, Alabama, and Iowa....It's just Teresa and Fred, not a whole staff. I know while they were in the south they had laptop trouble....be patient.Somewhere un there Teresa was down with the flu.  It's nothing more than they are crazy busy right now.

I spokek to Teresa on Friday and I'll tell you what a great Pair.

As roger mentioned they were in Florida on Vacation and Alabama.  With what those folks do, I"m spending my spare cash for quality clothing with them.

Me, I don't need anything until Fall, so I'm going to place an order this spring and be patient.

I've heard so many good things about both of them...but, like others here, I've had a hard time reaching her.  I sent two emails and left two messages Nov/Dec. but finally gave up.  A friend called and was able to place an order - I think you may be right about hit or miss with the calls.  Hope they're well.

Maybe I'm just lucky with my timing, but I've always got a live voice when I've called. I just talked to Teresa last week and other than some minor email issues they were both doing fine.

To me this wool is top shelf and an unbelievable bargain. It would be worth making a few follow up calls mid week during normal EST hours.

FYI
I have again right now tried to call and left a message on the answer machine, hopefully they will get back to me via email or pick up the phone tomorrow     :banghead:

BTW I`m a big fan of their products and use my pullover I have bought earlier almost everyday, so this is not for bashing them, I just want my two pullovers! (the one I sent for making a copy, and the one they have made for me)
