I sure will Lamey. I also have some 2016's and 2018's but I think they are all like 29". Im looking for a upper 50's to 60# longbow to work into this summer. Maybe when I get my strength up they will shoot from it if they are long enough. If not, St Judes will get some more arrows.   :)

make sure your release is consistent or it will drive you nuts trying to bareshaft.

no 150's yet. hopefully tomorrow. shot a 2018 with a 125 tip thats 29" I think (havent measured it yet) didnt have much light left when I got home. It shot pretty dang good. I think with a heavier tip it would be just about perfect. Also do yall know if anybody makes brass inserts for aluminum arrows? if not, I have some steel adapters I can use on glue in points/heads to get the weight up a little.  As Larry pointed out earlier, I dont wanna go gung ho with it and end up causing some crazy out of balance arrow to fly catywampused.  (southern word)     :goldtooth:

Got my arrows in today. 150 Heritages full length (33 1/8") from throat of nock. just glued the insert in and put a 125 point on and shot the bareshaft. Shot really good !!!  Its a tad weak but not much at all. I figure time I add the feathers and/or wrap it will be just about perfect. I would have thought they would be real weak at that length but not so.

btw, the above post arrow is 32 1/2" (hunter)

BOHO, I've observed that more trad shooters if shooting the wrong spine tend to lean too stiff. I think you made a good choice in your selection. Shoot straight!

thx Possum !!!  I sure thought it would have taken a stiffer arrow than it did but whatever work right.   :)
