In a hasty knee jerk reaction I threw out a low bid on Esnort for a kid weight recurve. This kid will never go for pink. What is the best way of getting it off without hurting the bow. It would be nice if I did not have to refinish the bow when the paint is gone, but I could if I needed to, I guess.

I'd probably try Goof-Off first and see how it worked on a small area.
Paint stores or DIY stores will have it in various size containers.

I had opposite experience, had to paint a riser pink, came out pretty nice. Maybe if all else fails, you could prime it and do the camo thing like was mentioned.

Light sand with 220 grit paper and then paint over it, and seal it with poly. Should be a 3 day venture and worst.
