beaver tail grip

I have a beaver tail (tanned) and want to make a grip out of it. does someone have a how to video or something?
“instinctive archery” is more like playing the violin. Without practice you may remember the mechanics, but you will not be a virtuoso.

There was a pretty good article about it last year in TBM but I dont remember which issue.
