We can hunt many spices, from small game up to brown bear and moose, but we arnt allowed to hunt with bow and arrow, just rifles and shootguns.
Hunting is very regulated and so is the owning of fire arms.

Back out roving the woods again, this time up far north along the Finish border river Mounioriver, about 150km north of the arctic circle.

Reindeer got close, about 10yards

   
The shrinktube saved me a judo after a hard hit, a stone jumped up and got my arrow.

That's a old design here used on fast rivers, rides very low like a canoe, easy to row.
The design are still in use with modern materials.
Makes a sleek boat that dont need that much of a motor and are easy to handle in shallow fast rivers.

Still cold and a lot of snow here, been out some but not with bow in hand. Hard to find arrows in the snow :-)
