What size recurve for me?

Short bows are pretty hot right now but honestly I'd go with a longer bow to start - my shooting and tuning took on a whole new dimension when I went to a 64" bow.  I've never shot as smoothly or as cleanly as I do now, so much so that I doubt I'd go shorter again.

Let's see, you're shooting 74# w/80% let off. You are holding 15# at full draw, start at about 35# and work up from there. The temptation is to start at the low end of legal hunting weight, I fell to this temptation, my learning curve would have been faster, and I'd be a better archer had I not.
