Mike, those are beauties...after your turkey hunts the kill zones on the moose will look enormous.
Are those 4 inch feathers?
If you need help packing him out, just let me know.

Lyle, the picture makes them look short but they are 5'' turkey feathers cut in the shield cut. Glad you got the jacket.

Hope you have a great hunt! My wife and I just booked with AWGS for 2013 so I will be anxious to hear how you do. The only thing that will make your arrows prettier will be turnin them blood red

Good Luck on your moose hunt, the arrows look great. It would be fitting for those arrows to find a moose.

Really nice looking arrow work there Mike. I've always been partial to 'red on my arrows' if you follow...
I think you'll love moose hunting. Nothing in this world can quite compare to a large bull coming in for a challenge...antlers rocking and fight in his eye. I guarantee your finest bow and loaded quiver will feel very insignificant!

Again...nice, nice arrow work Mike.

Thanks Kevin, good to hear from you again and thanks for the link to your moose hunt. I spoke with Browning about you guys at the UBM Banquet in Feb.
Hope we can all get together again and do another hunt sometime.

Great story Kevin,loved every detail.
Hope Mike has an adventure to match.
I was entertained by my bush pilot friend on the weekend.Him his wife and one year old came over for a visit. We talked moose hunting and looked over maps with lakes which have not been hunted or at least not much. Now with your tales Kevin and Mike's adventure coming you've started an itch. It may need scratching. Abe

Mike...would more than love to stir the coals and get a group of guys together for a good hunt. Don't believe what Monty told you...especially if it had my name on it!
Abe...scratch it hard my friend! After seeing your elk from 2011, I think you could be on a big roll. Keep on rolling.

Good luck Mike, I assume you're going with the Widow Boys. I hunted with Dave Bzawy on his moose hunt twice, you won't find a better outfitter. Dave, Dean, and Ty are great to hunt with and a blast to boot.
