Who makes a good kids recurve, preferably take down but one piece is ok as well.Also any photos would be appreciated.

I've read good reviews and personal reviews on the Samack little Angle. I'm probably getting it for my daughter for Christmas. $60 for the set you can't beat too

The Samick Polaris is a good kids bow.  My 9 year old son has one and has really enjoyed it.  It costs right around 100 bucks.

Bought my son a samick polaris and we cant get it to shoot accurately at all.  Its all over the place but the bow looks nice i guess.

I build the Spike from Actionwood in brown or gray.The Spike will grow with the young shooter.As they grow in draw they gain in pull weight.

It's a pity I cannot supply the riser material in a different colour brown & grey are not very appealing colours for an eight year old girl.

I bought my 8 year old daughter a new Samick Polaris from 3 Rivers last year and she does great with it.

I have the Samick Polaris's for my girls 7 and 9

I started them out with light limbs 12 #'s for form

They are up to 20 # limbs now

Nice option are inexpensive limbs
