Last I knew Bill and his father were shooting Widows. Those guys are true Salt of the Earth men. Email or PM Bill or his father they will answer any questions you may have.

I think Bill was shooting a Black Widow recurve long before the days of being "sponsored". Wasn't he shooting one in his earliest-ever hunting clips?

A Black Widow is what he used on our bear hunt last Spring if I remember correctly.

60# Black Widow recurve. He was shooting 3 Rivers Traditional Only Carbon arrows and the Woodsman Elite 250 grain head on our Feb hog hunt.
It was a devastating combination on the big boar he shot.
Maybe he will chime in?
He's definitely a Black Widow guy!

The Langer family are top notch ethical hunters. And I do believe also hes a widow man. If you like trad hunting videos, Langer production takes you right along the hunt.
He will even sign them if asked. Highly recommend his videos. And for a very reasonable price. Im definatly a Langer fan, and I know im not the only one...

I just love watching bill and his family! It would be so cool to get to spend some time in camp with bill and his father dick. I've always seen him shoot his widow recurve, he shot a doe with a widow longbow and he has used a hickory selfbow.

Looking forward to meeting Bill's dad someday. Bill is a real hoot in camp for sure!
Very high ethics, too.
