To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.

I had the good fortune to harvest a long yearling once. That was some of the finest wild game my family and I have ever inhaled! It was really a sight to see also. Whenever a Buffalo fell, the ENTIRE herd, within eyesight of the fallen animal would come over to it and either hook it or shoulder it up, trying to get it back on it's feet. Easy to understand how the early day Buffalo Hunter/ Murderers decimated the herds.

They didn't say anything about giving out 2500 tags did they?  Thought I might have a chance this year-lowest number yet:)  Awesome hunt and good luck buddy can't wait to hear story
